Who makes Andromeda Attires Accessories?

How do I clean my Accessories?

All the cotton accessories (like drawstring bags, zipper bags, Multi-Wear Bag of Holding, bow ties) may be spot cleaned with cold water and air dried. Please Do Not attempt to clean hair bows with charms. The Glow Tie cleaning instructions should have been included with your purchase, if it is missing or lost, please contact me.

 

How fast will my order be ready to ship?

Orders will be processed in 2-7 business days. However, this time may change due to Holiday sessions. Please reach out via “Contact” page if you have any questions.

To purchase from your website do I need to live in the United States?

Yes, currently my sales are limited to domestic sales only. 

What kind of shipping materials do you use?

All store products are shipped with cardboard boxes, tissue paper, and paper tape with plant-based adhesive. Even the shipping label is plant-based, so please recycle or compost.

 

How do I leave a review and what information is shown?

Review buttons can be found at the end of each product description. You must fill in all the information fields for the review to be submitted. All the information you put in this review will be displayed on the product page (except for your email address). You do not have to fill in your whole name if you’re not comfortable with that.
